Smiling Assassin by Meir Yedid
(c. 1988) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Effect: A funny and surprising routine that makes people scream! This wonderfully entertaining card routine always gets a great reaction. You display a deck of cards with smiling faces on its back. One of the cards is selected by a spectator and lost in the deck. A gun is aimed at the deck and the trigger is pulled. The gun is fired. The cards are then dealt face down on the table until you come to one card with a frown on its face, a hole through its head and blood splattered all over its face. The card is turned over and proves to be the selected card. Everything is examinable. Very easy to do.
Comes complete with special poker-size Smiling Back cards, photo illustrated instructions and four different assassinated cards. Use your own gun or gun.

Wonderful off beat card effect!
When you are tired of doing the same old boring card effects this little gem fits in very nicely.
It uses very cute cards with smiley faces on the backs and a key chain size pistol which lets out a rather loud bang. The ending is a real surprise and guaranteed to get a laugh from your audience.
Great value, easy to do, and a little different!
