This copy of the the book is actually an Al Mann counterfeit copy published with Craig Snader in Mexico c. 1985.  An easy way to spot if your copy is a counterfeit:

Look at page 154. There should be a little sticker in the left hand margin ADDED to the page. If the text is copied like the rest of the page then you have a forgery.
