3 Dominoes Monte by Ree-Nee
(c. 2002) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Ren-Nee’s Three Domino Monte is a wonderful close-up routine. Very easy to do. The dominoes do all the work for you. They are gimmicked in a way you have never seen before! I think some people who purchase this effect are expecting dominoes like Bob Swadling’s Dubious Dominoes. And if they are they will be disappointed. These dominoes have no moving parts, but they do have angle issues. These dominoes have more in common with Lubor Fiedler’s amazing Dice Shocker than anything else.
Effect: This is a Monte game in which you use three dominoes with an original and ingenious technique, easy to perform and that does not require any manipulation.
The magician shows 3 dominoes, two of them are double five and the other is a double one. After placing them face down on the table and mixing them up, a spectator is asked to try to guess the position of the double one. No matter what he or she chooses, they will always lose.

A Real Burn
I just purchased this and didn’t care for it at all. In fact, after one examination its headed straight for Ebay. Its $40 overpriced and extremely lame in my opinion. Avoid this one at all costs.
