This is a pretty unique idea for the more common flat model money maker, it has been embedded into a wallet. The original Flat Model Money Maker was invented by U.F. Grant and Schuyler Reynolds c. 1954.
Effect: A blank sheet of paper is transformed into real money when rolled through the “machine.” Can be used to change one bill into another or even a blank piece of paper into your business card. Many possibilities with this “Machine”

This is a nice effect.
Not sure how effective it is to lay audiences; is it obvious or not? But I still think you can have fun with it as part of a bigger routine. The wallet is big, but of course it is since it has the roller in it, so its not unreasonable.
