This doesn’t work like a Lippincott Box but instead has an ingeniously concealed sliding panel. It is Solid Mahogany with Pewter and Brass Hardware.
Effect: The performer borrows a watch from any spectator and places it into the folds of a handkerchief. Immediately the watch changes into a small key which is given to the spectator to hold. The magician now produces and hands a small burlap bag that is tied with a drawstring to the spectator. The spectator opens the bag to find it contains a beautiful mahogany box that is locked. The performer points out the key that the watch changed into. The spectator unlocks the box and finds his own borrowed watch inside!

Dave Powell is on a roll!
Dave Powell is really hitting home runs with his current focus of small runs of amazing classic and collectible magic. I’ve always admired Dave’s work, and it is nice to see him producing new items every few months that maintain his usual high standards, but still give the Collector something to buy.
This is a beautiful watch box (like a large lippincott really) and it works as smoothly as it looks.
Highly Recommended for lovers of fine props.
