Revolverre by Jean-Fred Duraty, Georges Proust, Academie de Magie

(c. 1991) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

A gimmicked glass described in the book “MAGIE SUR SCENE” by Duraty (1991. 130 pages. 230 illustrations by the author).

Effect: A glass filled with liquid is covered with a roll of paper. The whole thing is ‘revolved’ upside down and the magician pulls a silk from the tube. The roll of paper is opened … no trace of the glass or liquid. For sure one of the prettiest vanishes of a glass of liquid and the novel thing about this, the glass is stemmed.
