Rabbit Rising Cards (Absent-Minded Rabbit) by Owen Magic Supreme

(c. 1976) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

This has to be the cutest Rising Cards created! Stencil-painted rabbit figure whose ears collapse in surprise as the selected card rises from the houlette. It’s probably best done with an assistant to operate the rising cards and the surprise finale, and it’s sure to delight both children and adults. It’s light, packs small and is easily seen.

Effect: A cute little rabbit holds a deck of cards in his front paws, and as cards selected by the audience are called for they rise out of the deck, but alas the last card doesn’t seem to rise until Mr. Rabbit is given a bit of brain food in the form of a carrot and oh!! what a surprise ending! A cute sure fire laugh and applause getter by Owen.

    Cute-Cute-Cute

    Here’s an over-looked novelty.
It’s probably best done with an assistant to operate the rising cards and the surprise finale`, but it’s sure to delight both children and adults.
To be sure, this is NOT the rising cards effect for a solely adult crowd, but it lends itself well to use with easy-to-identify alphabet cards for the kiddies.
It’s small to pack, but easily seen and very light weight.
Look at the photo: It’s a good looking prop.
