Mystery of the Temple Jewels by Owen Magic Supreme

(c. 1964) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

Owen’s attribute this effect to U.F. Grant in their 1976 catalog.

Effect: A beautifully decorated jewel case-8 inches square by 2 inches deep-is displayed and the cover lifted, revealing a handsome string of pearls, and which show in striking contrast against the black velvet lining of the box.

The pearls, being removed from the case and then vanished from the hands, or otherwise, are found to have returned to the box from which they were first taken. We are supplying this box made up in a very classy form of the Jewel Case variety, the mechanical reproducing feature of which we have also developed and perfected to a remarkable degree.

This beautiful and appealing trick is suitable for many excellent and effective combinations.

    Nice props and great effect.

This box is beautifully made and although the method is simple I think it looks real effective.

The necklace is shown, taken out, vanished, and then it reappears in the box. Simple plot and beautiful props!
