Crystal Dove Box by Tony Clark

(c. 2001) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

The Poor Man’s Owen’s Crystal Money Chest! Of course I don’t do Dove work, but this box really works out to be pretty well if you can’t afford the Owens version.

It loads easy, looks clean, and with just a very slight motion is very convincing. The box itself is not as heavy duty as it looks, but as long as you don’t throw it around too much, it should last a long time and service you well. This of course is the price you pay for saving well over two grand! And although it is nowhere near as sophisticated as the Owen’s one (which requires zero motion to hide the movement), to the lay audience it is not obvious they will notice any difference.

I’m sure it works great with doves too!

Dimensions: 10″ wide x 6″ high x 7″ deep.

Effect: Tony Clark has one of the hottest dove acts in magic today. Now, direct from Tony’s act comes one of the hottest dove productions ever! The Crystal Dove Case.

Display a see-through acrylic case. The spectators can actually see right through, from front to back. There’s nothing there! In a wink, two live doves appear inside the case!!

The gimmick is brilliant. Even up close, the spectators will not be able to detect it. They can see right through the case and it looks absolutely empty. Completely mechanical and self-contained. The doves are comfortable at all times. And, they really do appear instantly.

You can also use the Crystal Dove Case to produce, silks, sponge balls, spring flowers, whatever will fit in the ample load chamber. Tony makes these himself, so you know the quality it excellent.
