Another great P&L hallmarked item. The Petrie Utilty Reel is perfect for any usage that requires precise control on the motion – from slow to fast and in between.

This is ideal for Albenice’s Serpent Silk and includes the P&L Reel and the Serpent Streamer to perform out of the box.

Effect: A very practical small hand reel, measuring about 1 inch in diameter and only % inch thick, and having an exceptionally wide variety of uses, has just been brought out

It is recommended for all general use such as Rising Cards, Silks, Match Boxes, Cigarettes, and many similar effects depending on thread and reel, as the motion can be checked at any desired point. No magician, whether amateur or professional, can afford to be without this multi-form reel.

Serpent Streamer: A 6″ x 46″ streamer printed in several colors to represent a serpent. This special streamer is for the famous Albenice Serpent Silk effect and replaces the usual 24″ square silk. Our Serpent Streamer REQUIRES NO TWISTING. Due to its light weight, there is NO STRAIN on the reel, eliminating the objections to the usual 24″ square.

(Notice: I cannot find a SKS hallmark on this silk so I don’t believe it is a genuine Rice one, but it still looks and feels good.)
