Lassen UWC Coin Set by Todd Lassen
(c. 2008) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Anyone in coin magic doesn’t need any introduction to Todd Lassen, frankly, the finest coin craftsman anywhere today. It was a Lassen gaff, the original U3F, that made me a convert to coin magic. Over the years, I have owned many of his gaffs, but more recently I have focused my attention with a vengeance on his stuff. Much of it comes from seeing up close all the great goodies coming from his shop, AND without the usual long wait, though well worth it, of course. First it was ebay and, presently, it is his new blog site. Didn’t realize how many neat stuff there was aside from the usual “standard” stuff one is accustomed to seeing.
Effect: Pictured here is the hottest new gaff set from Todd…the Ultimate Wild Coin set that, with the accompanying regular remilled coins, will allow you to perform some incredible magic. The gaffs are so perfect that I always have to lift the coins to see which one drops an insert to distinguish the gaffs from the regular coins in the set. Todd has a video on his blog showing one routine where the coins appear, change from silver to copper, and back to silver in an amazing display of coin magic. More routines will be available from the likes of David Neighbors.
This is, without a doubt, most highly recommended, but, then, anyone who has owned a Lassen gaff doesn’t need any encouragement to “shell” out hard earned money on the very best tools to perform miraculous coin magic. Even if you are only a collector, a Lassen gaff is pure metallic Art to savor and enjoy.

George is 100% correct. This is the greatest set of coins gaffs I have ever owned. The impact is so strrong and the changes so magical that you will love going it in the mirror for yourself. Todd has outdone himself here and if you are interested you should move fast. the 3rd. production run is nearly sold out already. make sure to order the extra milled coin to perform the samoya routine. It is a perfect ending to the UWC routine.
Todd will also send you a home made instructional video online for you to learn from. this is a first for Todd and is very welcomed.
In my opinion this effect is stronger than any three fly routine out. i have done both and this really gets them.
Sell whatever you must and buy this right away.

A Horrible experience
Have to say that when I got the coin set it was horrible. It had dings in the set the s**lls were bent and the faces were concave.
I called Todd Lassen Up and he made every excuse up in the book for why the edges had dings and the face was concave including the fact that that is the way there supposed to be. He also would not fix them when i sent them to him and he sent them back and claimed that I damaged them . He had my credit card information in his house the day thieves broke into his house and stole coins and god knows what else information wise on orders he had filled or not filled. I have since decided to purchase my coins from Schoolcraft. I will never spend money with Todd Lassen again he is too unreliable. I do not recommend him at all.
