Effect: The performer shows a half dollar at his fingertips. By passing his other hand in front of this coin it changes to an English penny. He repeats this action to change it back into a half dollar.

The performer then states that some people think the coin is a half dollar on one side and an English penny on the other side. Suiting action to words, -he shows that the only thing on the other side of the half dollar is his index fingertip which is now protruding right through the center of the coin!

Removing his fingertip, the coin may now be examined and the hole is seen to be an accurate cut-out silhouette of Kennedy. The performer reaches into his pocket and brings forth the cut out section which fits the opening perfectly! There is no trace of the copper English penny
