X-Ray Box by Eddie Gibson
(c. 1985) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)A wonderful item from Britain’s premier gaffed coin builder for over forty years: Eddie Gibson.
Effect: A mini-box is shown containing only one coin. A small round transparent plastic disk is put inside the box. You ask a spectator to choose a card which is laid on his palm with the box on top. With the lock of the box you form a certain number, e.g. the spectator’s birthday. While opening the box you can see that both the photo for the card and the hand are printed on the disk.
Hand and card have penetrated the X rays. A surprising and amusing revelation!
