Phobia by Kevin Wade

Effect: The top ten most common worst phobias known to man are each shown to the spectator. (these are printed in color using high quality card stock) An envelope containing a prediction is shown and sealed shut. The spectator makes a random selection from the various phobias. The spectator themselves open the envelope that has been visible the entire time. The worst nightmare comes true!
