Mental Numero by Magic Wagon

I have been supporting Magic Wagon since 2006, way before they were popular, and I’ve seen nearly all of their items.  Mental Numero does nothing for me, but apparently the Cafe cats like it.  It is well made like all of Magic Wagon’s items, and the mechanism works smoothly. The box can be shown and freely held by the spectator and any normal examination will show nothing. However,  I much prefer the type and method used by the old Tele-Vision box which seems to be more convincing (since there are two boxes) and much quicker to decipher the contents.  But I could just be wrong on this one, and we’ll leave it that 🙂

Effect: The performer displays a beautiful wood box along with ten wooden blocks, and numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 0. While the performer’s back is turned, a spectator is invited to select four blocks and then place them inside the box in any order and close the lid. The performer now turns around, holds the box in full view and announces the exact four digit number selected!

• The effect is completely self-contained and nothing is added or taken away!
• There is absolutely no force of any kind and the effect can be immediately repeated with a different outcome!
• The method is absolutely ingenious and everything can be casually examined by the spectator!

The box measures approximately 12.5cms wide, 5.2cms high and 5.8cms deep and has been completely handcrafted from natural aged teak wood with a lightly distressed oil finish and slightly tarnished brass hardware. Each of the numbered blocks are approximately 2.4cms wide, 0.8cms high and 3cms deep and come complete with a custom designed display tray.
