Impossible Penetration by Clarence Miller, Viking Mfg.
(c. 1986,1998) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Back in the late 90’s Clarence Miller authorized Viking to produce the Miller Impossible Penetration. Viking stopped producing them when they were ripped off by China and India.
Effect: An absolute IMPOSSIBLE and VISUAL effect! Display the apparatus, and remove the wooden blade. All parts are made of wood, everything can be freely shown. The blade is replaced in the stock. Spectator is asked to place a finger through the opening in the stocks. just below the blades edge. BOOM the solid wooden blade is pushed down through the spectator’s finger! The stock is split open and removed from the blade, the solid blade is left wrapped around the spectator’s finger.

Great effect!
You can have a lot of fun with this one. They are very well made. I’ve had mine for years and use it often. Just don’t hurry the presentation and don’t let the spec remove their finger too soon before they can savour the ending moment.

The craftsmanship on this thing is just unbelievable. The gimmick is so nicely made and so well hidden. The ending is what really separates this effect apart from all thge other chopper effects, not to mention the beauty of it in general.

I have been using this model finger chopper for at least 20 years now, and i have only ever used the one prop. Unlike many choppers this one keeps looking good, because of its clasic, simple looks. But looks can be deceptive as you will find out!
An absolute winner, that should be much more expensive!!!!
