Fiedler Foolers by Limited Edition Magic

(c. 1966,2015) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

A clever collection of effects from the amazing Lubor Fiedler created by Limited Edition Magic.

Effect: Transparent Cups- the original version of this rare effect was released by Vienna Magic and imported years ago by Howard Schwarzman. Based on a very clever optical principle, the routine was a baffling series of vanishes, appearances and transpositions of dice between two translucent plastic cups.

Due to the fragile nature of the cups supplied, they could easily crack if not handled with care. The original sets have become impossible to find and have sold in the past for over $300.00.

After many months of experimentation with various cup styles, this improved set features a slightly larger and much sturdier transparent cup. Even though the cups are transparent, they are extremely deceptive due to the design. You’ll probably surprise some magicians familiar with the original version.

The custom made gaff is spun copper. You won’t crush these cups by accident.

Performing conditions (as with the original set) is still best with spectators standing looking down perfect for a bar or street performance.

Complete with the cups, dice, small Goshman closeup mat and a copy of the original Schwarzman routine.

Double Dice Prediction- two copper “cones” rest on two raised wooden platforms. Under the cones are your predictions. A die is given to the spectator to roll as much as they want until they’re satisfied with the result. Let’s say they roll a six. The performer takes one of the cones at the brass knob on top (no suspicious movements) and lifts it to reveal a matching die with the number six on top!

He then has the spectator turn the small die over to reveal the number on the bottom. It’s a one. Lifting the second cone, another die is found underneath with the number one on top. A perfect repeat second prediction!

The method is clever and bold. Any number can be rolled. The handling of the props is very clean which makes it a fooler. Complete with all props and full instructions. The original Supreme version has sold in the past for over $250. This recent limited edition is nicer.

Double Dice Prediction (street version)- originally sold by Supreme as the Die Namic Prediction c. 1966. This is more of a “street version” using normal looking props.

Two paper pill cups are resting on top of two matchboxes. Under the cups are your predictions.
