Cops and Robbers by Viking Mfg.
(c. 1991) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)This was based on an old Thayer version of the classic Thieves and Sheep or Cops and Robbers theme. It includes a wooden stand that acts as carry case when the effect is no longer in use. One of the most popular versions of Thieves and Sheep appears in Bobo’s Modern Coin Magic pg. 208.
Effect: The patter tells of the escapades of two robbers and heist they pulled off. This is done by displaying a walnut rack/carrying case which contains an assortment of small marbles set in their proper place in the rack. The patter provided coincides with the actions of the story line. The effect gives the appearance of sleight of hand but in reality it is simply a mathematical sequence of events.
