Card Box (non-locking) by Woodmagic Studio
(c. 1995) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Howard Hale and his Woodmagic Studio created some amazing wooden products. But like so many craftsmen he disappeared from the scene just as collector’s were looking forward to his magic.
This box was probably created at the time Howard was working on Bob Kline’s C.B.I. (Can’t Believe it) as it is very similar thickness and construction. In fact, he created another card box that matched perfectly the C.B.I box and it can be see here.
Effect: This non-locking card box was very light, but still strong and great for walk around because there was no resetting involved.

Howard –
No Reset Card Box!
Though it’s pure magic that you actually receive product from Howard Hale, his props are top notch. The Card Box is done in beautiful woods with an inlaid trim. The gaff is not magnetic, making this version ideal for the working table magician. Not having to reset a magnetic gaff is sometimes very nice!
