Bamboozling Beer Mats by Supreme Magic Company, Janito

This wonderful effect was invented by Janito of Holland c. 1969.

Effect: Two beer mats shown each have a large hole punched through their centers. The only other thing used is a yard or so of ribbon. Yep! All can be examined!

One of the beer mats is fairly threaded onto the ribbon which is passed around again and the second mat hung on. No hurried moves. It all looks very fair, yet suddenly both mats penetrate the ribbon. Ribbon ends can be held by spectators yet still the mats come through – and every darned thing can be examined again.
