Hip Hop Hares by Chance Wolf
(c. 2013) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)The Elusive Rabbits or Hippity-Hop Rabbits was invented by The Great Norman (Norman Hazeldene) c. 1947.
Effect: Chance Wolf produces very high quality magic that is both performable and collectable. This little darling is perhaps the best version of Hippity Hop Rabbits (or Hares) ever. Probably better than the Collector’s Workshop version which has been a favorite for many years. One of the things that puts this over the finish mark is now the covers have a reason – they are rabbit hutches and the patter reflects this perfectly. In addition the mechanism works perfectly.
Basic Routine:
Howie the Hare, the STAR of the Magic Show, is in constant pursuit of his assistant, the beautiful and enchanting Bella Bunny. Howie tries desperately to win Bella’s love by bringing her various gifts. However, every time he tries to deliver a present, Bella is not in her Hutch. Little does Howie know, Bella is doing the exact same thing. She finds Howie hairy and handsome, and is trying to win his affection by taking him gifts as well. The two hares keeping missing each other, back and forth they go. Both are very sad, until one day, Howie leaves a 24 Carrot Ring hanging on her doorknob! Bella accepts his proposal, they are married and live HOPPILY ever after!

- The Gimmick Shells are MAGNETIC making performing a breeze! We have mastered the magnetic balance to allow an easy performance without the fear of shells slipping or fumbling for the gimmicks.
- The Rabbit Hutches have doors that OPEN allowing you to see the changes WITHOUT having to lift the cabinets. It is a nice variable that creates a different dynamic to the routine as you can give quick peaks etc.
- The images are 4 color Silk Screened on Vinyl Decals that will take heavy use without chipping or fading!

The Best Hippity Hop Rabbits
It is great to see Chance Wolf continuing to produce amazing magic after ten years. Chance produces very high quality magic that is both performable and collectable.
This little darling has to be the best version of Hippity Hop Rabbits (or Hares) ever. Better than the Collector’s Workshop version or the many others I have seen.
And finally he’s made the covers have a reason for living – they are now rabbit hutches. Everything about this effect is superb and mechanism works perfectly.
This is the one to get for sure.
