Tarbell Companion by Harlan Tarbell

Details: The Tarbell Companion is a collection of tricks, thoughts and ideas from the mind of Harlan Tarbell and as such may represent his final contribution to this great course of magical instruction. It is so-named because it is meant to accompany the Tarbell Course in Magic and the ideal reader should own or at least have studied those volumes to use this book to its best advantage.

While there have been other works based on the Tarbell Course this book uses the Tarbell System, the original mail order course, as its main source of inspiration. Discovering and editing this unused material, both for this book and Volume 8 of the Tarbell Course, has been my happy task for the past two years and I am grateful for this opportunity to offer Tarbell’s invaluable instruction to the magic fraternity.
