Spider Card Rise Chest (Limited Production) by Viking Mfg.

(c. 1960,2023) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

The Unique Card Rise Chest was invented by Clint Reidel and first manufactured by U.F. Grant c. 1960.  It was a big hit because it was so simple to perform but looked so good and there have been a number of versions created over the years.

This one by Viking Mfg. is easily the prettiest and smoothest one I have seen.  It works very precisely and looks amazing.

Effect: Viking’s Card Rise Spider Chest: This is a very unique version in that both poker-sized cards and Rider Tarot Cards may be used. This is the only Card Rise Chest that offers this feature.

Three cards are selected at random by spectators. There is no force involved. The cards are returned to the deck and the deck is placed inside the chest. Upon command one card begins to rise, pushing up the lid of the chest. This proves to be one of the selected cards. Again, the lid begins to slowly rise and a second card appears, then the third.

This beautifully constructed chest allows you to cause any selected card to rise.

The chest is handcrafted from birch ply. Our proprietary red lacquer plus silver accents and beautiful silver spider completes the set. Use your own cards.

This is a very limited production item.
