Zig Zag Card by Vincenzo Di Fatta
(c. 2009) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)This is Vincenzo Di Fatta version of Mike Shelley’s and Morty Rudnick’s Zig Zag Card Outdone. Even though it came out 21 years later it is not more deceptive. The plastic manufacture makes it more durable and solid, but it is about twice as thick as the original and it is easier to flash things if you don’t keep the unit straight on. It is still a great illusion, but I just think the original is better.
Effect: A chosen card is inserted into a frame. The magician, without any suspicious movements, VISIBLY moves the middle part of the card. Everyone will clearly see that the card is divided into three sections and the effect is really incredible. To finish, the magician pushes the middle part of the card to its original position, he slips it off from the frame and shows the frame completely restored!
