Auto-Mental by Magiro
(c. 1973) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)One of the old fashioned Magiro tricks produced by the German magician Werry in the 80’s. Width 115 mm, height 60 mm.
A brand new principle is used in this outstanding ESP effect that is absolutely undetectable. A classy looking black 4 white disc has 6 shiny silver ESP signs on it. Placed into a modern plastic holder by the spectator, only one sign shows through the slot in the stand. This faces the spectator. After he concentrates on the sign, he hands the disc to the performer who immediately announces the chosen sign. This can be repeated as often as desired, a different sign chosen each time.
Effect: The spectator chooses one of the esp-symbols and stacks it in the rack. The performer knows which symbol the spectator has chosen.

This little trick uses an unusual method that makes it undetectable to spectators. The prop can be examined, and the performance can be repeated with no force involved. However, it’s a slight pity that the disc must be handed to the performer in order to make a prediction.
