Baffle Box by Colin Rose
(c. 2008) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)Masterful Woodwork and Very Deceptive Too! Colin Rose makes some amazing magic and this item is no exception. It is a little box, but it works beautifully. You can very cleanly show it all round and then tip it over to show it empty inside, and yet in an instant the box can be full!
Due to it’s size there are very few angle issues with this item since the hands can easily shield them. Colin Rose (and Five of Hearts Magic) is probably making the best wooden items available today.
Effect: The ‘Tip Over Production Box’ is one of Magic’s Classic Principles and the large ‘Stage Version’ was used to perfection by Richiardi Jnr in conjunction with his De Kolta’s Chair’ Presentation…..‘The Baffle Box’ is a ‘Close Up’ Version of this timeless magical ‘miracle worker’…….it measures 9cm x 5.5cm x 5.5cm (approx).
Each Box is prepared with ‘Dovetail’ joints on the corners for strength & stability…essential in the manufacturing of this particular ‘Magical Prop’ with a fine waxed finish to enhance the warm tones of the Mahogony … this is a fabulous ‘intro’ for Coin Magic Presentations, Sponge Balls, Linking Chains…..once again Colin has created a beautiful effect to enhance your ‘Close Up’ Routine, and it’s use is only limited by your own imagination.

A beautiful piece of craftsmanship from Colin. I own the very first of these made for dollar size coins as previous versions were made of quarters and half dollar sizes. I still have the correspondence from Sharron from when I first commissioned this. Marvellous memories.
